Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the uncut fabric and place it in the original shipping bag or a secure envelope, ensuring the return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our main distribution warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the fabric to ensure it remains in original condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
